I am Dr. Réka Kende, attorney at law.
I graduated from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University in 2000.
I provide complex, high-quality legal services across multiple areas of law for businesses and private clients, including legal advice, drafting of documents, and representation in court and out-of-court proceedings.
I give honest, objective guidance by presenting real risks — meaning my legal opinion is always based on the actual facts and current legislation, and it may not always be what the client wants to hear.
I do not recommend unnecessary or costly steps, I do not take on hopeless cases, and it is important to me that my clients clearly understand what is happening, what their options are and what they can expect.

Business and Personal Contracts

I provide fast, tailored and practice-oriented legal solutions for companies and sole traders: regulation of sales and distribution relationships, supply and purchase agreements, drafting of general terms and conditions.

Real estate law is my primary area of expertise.
